For 6 people

Ingredients :

1kg veal mince 50gr butter
150gr chopped white onions  150 gr grated pecorino
3 eggs 150 gr grated parmesan cheese
250g flat-leaf parsley 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
250g chopped basilOlive oil

Preparation :

  • In a saucepan, mix the veal mince, onions, eggs, parsley, pecorino, parmesan cheese, garlic and basilic
  • Make 60 gr meatballs

Cooking : 

  • In a frying pan, cook the polpettes in a mix of olive oil and butter
  • Colour each side over high heat
  • Then put on low heat, close and cook for 10 min

And of course, don’t forget the tomato sauce !!!
